Roadshows are an excellent way to bring your product and messages directly to your target audience. You’re in control - able to choose the city, the venue and your audience. You can fine tune the presentation to your audience rather than having to cover a wide range of customer experiences. Roadshows or seminar series involve a great deal of work - but they’re worth the effort.
Nutmeg Events worked with a client who wanted to take their software product on tour across Europe. The initial objective was to work with the clients on the plans for the tour - how many stops would be realistic, which regions are relevant to the market, which cities have suitable venues?
We then found 15 venues in different European cities, ensured they matched the detailed criteria, then managed the logistics behind the event. This meant we sourced and worked with any external suppliers that had to be brought in, briefing each supplier to ensure they were focussed on the clients needs, at the best price. Having sent Information Packs to all presenters and exhibitors we were able to focus on the details and comfort of the guests, allowing the staff to do what they do best.
